They don’t honor their warranty **Q: My suv gun has stopped working. flame initially comes out but then gets real small and then fizzles out. i have tried a new gas tank with same result** A: Their are video’s that demonstrate how to clear a check valve then liquid propane gets into the gun. Their are also videos on how to hold the gun as not to cause this issue. They also sell a service kit to clean the valves with tools and replacement parts.
