Does it come with any skin colors?

It has 12 of the 36 skin tone set

Is the 48 mid tone the same as the first pack of 48 brush markers ohuhu released?

As far as I know they are not the same. I was told the mid tones in this set are not in any other set and you can't purchase them separately.

Can I buy just the midtone set or is this something that Ohuhu plans on releasing?

The 48-mid-tone-color set is not released now but it will be released in the future. Please stay tuned. Thanks.

When will them be in stock?

The marker is in stock now. Please order it.
