Q: What are the sell by date on these please

The only date on the pots is best before date..I received some today (23 02 23) and the best before date is November 2023 so a good shelf life

Q: how much water do you need to add. in millilitres.

If you use the whole pack it's 450 but I only use 1/2 at a time so I put 250mm. It makes quite a lot but the very best mash ever.
