This is quality Barley in decent size grains.I add it to yoghurt overnight to give it some bite.

This is the best Pearl Barley I have tasted so far, organic makes such a huge difference, the Pearl Barley I had in the past was never as chewy or delicately flavoured as this.Barley is more nutritionally dense than Brown Rice and makes a perfect addition to a salad. I bought this as a change from Brown Rice and much preferred the texture and flavour of this organic Barley.Delicious when seasoned with Olive Oil and additions of your choice.Barley is such an underrated grain but has to be organic. This is chewy, and the texture is unique, unlike the mushy non-organic variety one used to get in soups.Highly recommended as a nutritionally dense alternative to Brown Rice.

Tasteless.Not sure how others are saying it’ tastes good.
