what is the load rating?

Not sure about the load rating but it is a very sturdy, strong base. I have 5 greenstalk planters on mine, all full to the brim with dirt and plants, which is a lot of weight and the spinner works smoothly and it rolls easily with all that weight. The company is very good about answering questions if you call or text them.

What are the size of the wheel?

They are around 2 inches and they work very good. The spinner base makes a big difference and I highly recommend it.

I got mine without the wheels even though I ordered this base and it says with wheels. How can I get the wheels?

My base came with wheels, so I'm not sure, but I would contact Greenstalk. It is my understanding that they are easy to work with and are located in the US.
