I've been using this since my Cavalier was a pup and she hasn't had an ear infection. Pad comes out clean every time but I know it's doing its preventitive thing. Effective and easy.

Let’s knock out the cons first: 1: when the packaging arrived, the seal didn’t stay, and so when I opened it up, it leaked. It wasn’t heavy leakage, but it wasn’t a great seal. 2: the pads are very very thin. So if you have any dexterity issues or anything that can prohibit you from being able to fully separate the pieces from each other you’ll have a hard time using the product. 3. this product is not for infections or heavy cleaning. While this product is very great for regular maintenance and cleaning up regular build up and preventing heavy dirt getting inside the canal, it’s not getting deep enough with your finger without hurting your dog to really clean up and fight any infection. My dog had pretty severe ear mites and so I used the spray bottle (the same brand) first to really spray the stuff in there and then massaged it in so it could really get in there and get into all the nooks and crannies in order to kill off and loosen up the dirt. 4. I found out after using these wipes it left my dogs ear quite wet which I didn’t like. So I just also bought some cotton pads from Walmart for like $.88 and used that to dry my dogs ears after about 10 minutes (there’s no scientific reason I chose 10 minutes, I just felt like I gave the product enough time to work before I basically went in there and started wiping it out). Let’s go pros: 1: personally, I like the smell. I don’t find the cucumber to be overly powering, and it doesn’t seem to last forever, which tells me that whatever they’re using to make the smell in my dogs ear is an overly chemicaled. 2. after my dogs, ear infection, and I switched from the spray to the wipes, I found a significant decrease in build up overtime in the ears compared to when I wasn’t using these, and I was taking her in for regular cleanings. in fact, I no longer take her in for regular cleanings outside of scheduled grooming and vet appointments because I feel it’s no longer needed and I’m able to maintain the cleanse leanness I desire. 3. my dogs definitely prefer these wipes to the spray. I think it’s because the nozzle of the spray bottle really have to get into the ear canal in order to spray, and really saturate the area. It wasn’t very hard to train my dog to let me wipe their ears. I just used a lot of treats and touch their ears a lot and rewarded them and then worked the spray bottle and eventually the wipes into rotation. Now my dogs just lay on the couch or stand there while I use these. My overall review of these: All in all, I really liked this product and I rated it four out of five stars because the seal wasn’t secure and the level of wetness that leaves behind in my dog‘s ears after use. I’ll definitely be purchasing these again in the future and using these for regular maintenance.

These cleared up his ear infection in 7 days. The first 2 days stopped the itching and rubbing his head on the floor and ground, plus the head shaking stopped. He has floppy ears, and the head shaking did get some wax out, but it stuck to the inside of the ear flaps. This is the first cleaner that easily removed the wax globs and dirt from the underside of his floppy ears. He also seemed to enjoy me cleaning his ears. He leaned so hard on my hand when I was rubbing his ear canal.

These are nice. Cats don’t mind the ear cleaning. Only issue I have is the pads are abit small. But other than that. They are great.

Best stuff ever my chihuahua had really bad yeast infection. Used it everyday like it says to hair growing back and no more scratching. Totally worth the money. Will be getting more now to keep ears clean.

I have an almost seven-year-old (he’ll be seven next month—Jan 2025) Pyrenees who is prone to ear infections. His ears get icky and smelly REALLY fast—I’ve never had a dog that needs his ears cleaned so often. It works really well (at least for us). I have two complaints which are irritating enough for me to knock off two stars (although, if I could give it a 3.75, I feel like that’s fair). First, these are kind of small. They’re the same size as acne cleansing pads. Before purchasing, I read some reviews where people said that they dried out quickly. That has not been my experience but I’ve found you do have to pay attention when you’re putting the lid back on the container because it’s easy for it to not be on correctly and it’s also really easy to not notice that it’s slightly off. Heads up on that. Also, they like to stick together so I end up pulling out two or three every single time. I have smaller hands and these are even small for me to try to use (again, they’re the size of the acne wipes). So, I end up using a few of them to clean my boy’s ears every single time. I wish they were even a little bit bigger. Second, and probably most important (for me, anyway): my Pyr is usually really good about letting me clean his ears. He’s not a fan of having it done but he doesn’t really fight me on it (just huffs the entire time 😂). He HATES these. I’ve since figured out that he doesn’t like the smell. I even took him to the vet just to be sure they didn’t hurt him or that he wasn’t allergic to any ingredients (he does have allergies to things and he has really sensitive skin). They didn’t leave an redness or anything like that, though. Vet confirmed he was fine, he just didn’t like them. He doesn’t exactly fight me on using these but he definitely pulls into all of his distraction and stalking techniques when he sees me get these out. I, personally, don’t think the smell is bad but he doesn’t like it. So, just a couple things to be aware of when purchasing them. All in all, they’re mostly worth the price because they do work well, but I end up using a lot more than is probably necessary because they’re small and my Pyr hates the smell.

Best product for easily keeping your pups ears clean. My girls don’t experience any discomfort so they always stay calm when I’m using the wipes. They never scratch at their ears anymore. We use it once a week and their ears are always clean. You get plenty of of product in the container.
