On cold nights she can warm it up in the microwave and keep it close, the warmth and the aroma help her fall asleep at night. It is a bit smaller than I had thought but maybe that's my fault for not reading the description thoroughly. This would be a great gift for small children size-wise, but even for adults it can help calm anxiety problems.
