Has lowered my blood pressure and is good for mild at home anxiety. Can't comment in heart health and cholesterol as I wasn't taking for that. Knocked 1 star off purely because it's just soo sweet for me.

Bin gerade am Austesten erst einen Tag, wie es aussieht hilft es bei mir. Die Tropfen sind nicht so hoch dosiert, finde ich prima. Dadurch, dass man die Tropfen in ein Glas Wasser eintröpfelt, ist es auch geschmacklich angenehm einzunehmen. Hatte zuerst vom Drogeriemarkt zwei verschieden dosierte Dragees gekauft beide waren für mich zu hoch dosiert, der Blutdruck fiel dadurch stark ab. Vorsicht beim Selbsttest, das ist ein gutgemeinter Rat von mir.
