My hour hand is not moving...there were zero instructions included so is there a secret to getting it going? There are gears that aren’t moving.

the gears on this move independently of the clock , so eather the hour hand is not set on the shaft or since there are gears that are not moving it is a damaged unit and both the clock piece and gears are broken or out of alinement , most likely was droped

Hello, I'm finding it tough to assemble this clock. The big wheel comes together, but there's a small gear and two small nuts. How do you fasten?

I only remember the assembly of the big wheel. I purchased this clock in January of 2013. Still works great.

Every three hours my clock makes a clicking noise when the joint between the pieces on the time wheel are at the very top. recommendations?

Mine clicked several seconds apart for about 10 minutes every 6 hours. I found that the big gear was rubbing the front flange. I sprayed that area with WD40. The clicking stopped. Hasn't clicked since then.

I got this clock and after close inspection, it doesn’t seem like all the gears actually affect time readout. Do they? Or are they just for show?

Some are just for show...some turn some dont
