Honestly this is my n’th number of purchase. It is so friendly to skin. Removes all the hair. And the wax cream is just so refreshing.

Guess, the product lay in the switched off car of the courier. I think the cream, which feels very hot to the touch, is spoiled. Of course I can't use it.
