FATMAX Professional Grade Garden Hose, 100 Feet x 5/8 Inch, Yellow, 500 PSI

This is my second one of these hoses. They're darn good hoses the best I've found in years. They don't like to kink and if I DO manage to kink one, yea, it happens, it comes right out and doesn't hold it in memory. They're supple enough to handle easily, yet sturdy enough that they'll take a lot of use and dragging around. No swelling, the ends are strong and they roll up easily on my hose reels. Helpful hint, if mounting on a hose reel, where it connects to the reel, use a zip tie or two to hold the hose up a tad to ease the angle onto the reel to prevent it pulling down at a sharp angle and pinching off the water flow. I store them inside over winter, they sit in the sun all summer, water off and pressure released when not in use. The color has faded just a little but the rubber remains supple with no other visible degredation. I have one that's four years old now and it's still going strong.

Best farm hose around! Wont develop a kink memory. I've tried 'heavy duty' hoses that just end up being kink nightmares. One of these FatMax hose has been in use for 10+ years and turned black due to being left out in the field, still flexible. I ran this same hose over with a bush hog and it kept on working with minor damage to repair. Easy to roll up.

I tell you what I bought the 25ft and the 100ft versions of this. These are by far the best hoses I've ever owned. They're very durable and held up over the winter with water still in them with no issue. Over ran them over with my car, I've left them out in the sun, no issue. They super easy to connect, they dont tangled up easy, and aren't heavy as i drag them across my yard to the garden. When rolled up they are stable and dont get the ol crinkles from being rolled up. These are the best hoses for the price. I won't be buy any other hose. They've earned a lifer with this product.

Got tired of my hoses getting kinks all the time so I decided to try the Stanley FATMAX Professional Grade 100ft Hose and I couldn't have made a better decision. The hose is made out of quality materials and is basically kink free. No more kinking problems. I'm Very Happy! I Even bought the wife a 100 footer.

I was looking at 3 different hoses after reading top 10 independent consumer online reviews. Craftsman Professional, Dewalt Professional and Stanley FatMax. Bought the Stanley and in the future will probably buy one each of the other two as needed and do my own comparison. Right out of the box this hose is very flexible. Easy to coil after use. Definite plus. Anyone that used a cheap vinyl hose and fought trying to get it to lay flat putting it away knows what I mean. The reinforcing sleeves on each end. The spigot end is nice prevents kinking. The male end with your spray attachment would be ideal if it had a swivel. It tends to twist in your hand but not a big deal. Kink free or anti-kinking? I think if someone wants to they can kink or tangle any hose. Throw a 100 foot coiled hose on the ground and start walking. It will tangle. Normal use this hose demonstrates anti-kinking traits. If you give it a little attention while uncoiling it will unravel nicely and not kink on you. Under water pressure it DOES want to straighten itself out. This is what I learned real quick. Do not attach your sprayer end with the entire hose coiled and turn on the water. It will try to uncoil itself and you will have a mess. Uncoil first. Turn on water. Overall. Good hose. Like the flexibility. If the flexibility changes a significant amount when the weather turns cold I will update the review.

Like others have experienced, the female end just fell out of the hose. I was outside the return window but well inside Stanley’s 2 year warranty. I can only say that the customer service on the hose is terrible. After multiple phone calls and emails telling me they would get right on it, 6 months later I am no closer to resolving what should have been a quick resolution and response to a known defect. I should just let it go, but I have a feeling that’s what they are trying to accomplish- to make you walk away instead of making it right - so I refuse to give up. It was a good hose right until it failed, but their warranty is worthless.

I saw a review for the Stanley Fat Max hose before I bought this one. It is the perfect description. "All hoses suck. This one sucks less than all the others." That is correct. I bought 3. Two 50' and a 100'. They all three get used daily at a house with very high water pressure. I estimate I get 80-90 PSI from my hose bibs (I had to turn down the pressure under every sink and toilet). This hose will take the pressure without batting an eye. Connector ends are solid, quality and easy to screw on and off. I use a Quick Disconnect at the business end for to make switching spray ends easy. All hoses kink. These are rolled onto standard wall hangers and that always created turns in the hose as you put it on and take it off. Roller Boxes do the same thing. The trick is to take this off the hanger and lay it out to where you want to work and close the hose end valve. Then turn on the water. With the pressure in the hose (valve still off) from the spray end you can just give it a few quick tugs and the kinks just roll themselves out. Other hoses can't do that and just kink worse when you tug it. It is soft to touch and slides past corners and obstacles better than anything else. Other reviewers commented on durability, but I will have to come back later to add that as I have had these only a couple months. But, the fact is: This hose sucks far less than any other and is worth the extra price. I will not waste my money on a green or even the better black hoses ever again. Only two negatives. 1) It is heavy like all heavy duty hoses are or should be. 2) once people know how good they are, yours may disappear in the middle of the night.

It is heavy for senior citizen. Seems good quality but is hard to keep it from kinking. Almost sent back. It has been more than a month that I bought hose and have used every day. Love it!! Time loosen the kinks and warm weather. It is great and I want people to know I didn't give it time. Thank you . I think it will last a long long time.

Best hose I have ever had. Worth the money. Durable, doesn’t get twisted up in a knot like other cheaper types of hose. Easy connect is nice!

Love this hose! Gosh, how does anyone get so excited about a garden hose? Seriously, fantastic quality, no kinks, easy rolling on/off my hose reel, pumps out a lot of water to get my watering done fast! No kinking, I love this hose, can't believe how excited I am about a darned hose!

Bought on May 2022. Lasted 2 summers. Wrench grip fell off beginning of summer 2024. Now useless. I do not mind paying more for quality. This is pricy and not good quality. Very unsatisfied. Bought a different brand at Costco for half the price. Hoping it is better quality than this one.
