Very effective product
Very effective product.works as an effective replacement for Metformin/Januvia for diabetics. Helps controls rise in sugar levels post lunch/dinner with normal diet(including carbs esp rice). Have tried the dried version of the costus igneus(insulin)plant in tea,but this is a much easier and effective way to use this supplement.would highly recommend.
