When I first opened this product, I was honestly skeptical. The cleaning stone felt fairly abrasive, and I immediately thought some of the reviews warning that it could be hard on sinks and toilet bowls might be right. After watching the product video, I also expected the mineral ring to disappear with just a few light passes. That wasn't my experience. I had a stubborn hard-water ring in my toilet that had built up over time. It definitely took some effort to remove. It wasn't a "rub it once and it's gone" situation like the video seems to suggest. I had to keep working at it, especially on the tougher areas. It may not be easy to use, but here's the important part—it worked! The attached before-and-after photos show the results. The hard-water ring is gone, and the bowl looks much cleaner. I also used it on another sink that had an even tougher mineral deposit ("hard-rock" ring). Unfortunately, I didn't take before-and-after photos of that one, but it completely removed the buildup there as well. My rating changed throughout the process: 2 stars when I first opened it because I thought it was too abrasive. 4 stars after I realized it was actually removing the deposits, even though it required more work than advertised. 5 stars after seeing the final results and using it successfully on multiple hard-water stains. My only criticism is that the promotional video sets unrealistic expectations. It makes it look like you can lightly rub the surface and—boom—the stain disappears. That's far from reality. If your mineral deposits are severe, you'll need patience and a bit of elbow grease. If you go into it expecting instant results, you may be disappointed. If you understand that stubborn hard-water deposits take time and effort, this product delivers. For me, the results were worth the work!

This pumice stick removed hard water rings and mineral stains from my toilet bowl that no chemical cleaner could touch. It's easy to hold, works with just a little water, and didn't scratch the porcelain when used gently. The stains came off with minimal scrubbing. A cheap, effective solution for a frustrating problem.

I lost faith in all products claiming to eliminate the ring in the toilet. This is game changer. It works!!!! No difficult scrubbing, no additional cleaning products needed. It is fantastic, just scrub along the ring line and anywhere you see a stain from hard water and it will disappear. Product lasts a long time.

This product made me SO happy! I could not believe how fast this pumice worked on removing the ring around the toilet that has been around forever! I knew there had to be something out in the universe to bring an end to my frustration with my toilet. I can HIGHLY recommend this little gem!

The stone works great. I had grout and tile glue on our tile and could not remove. I used the stone after five years when the tile was installed. The grout and glue on my tile came right off without scratching tile and was easy to use. My tile looks great. The handle on and stone is sturdy and light weight. Must keep stone wet when using. In addition, I have hard water and was able to remove the rust rings in my toilets, tub, and sink. I especially like I don’t have to use any chemicals. I will purchase again.

I’m not sure why anyone would give this a low rating this stuff is amazing!!! I’ve had my toilet bowl rusty on the bottom part and nothing took it not even iron out this was the only thing that worked!!! I was pretty amazed!

First you should know, these do work! We have a well with minerals in the water that build up a hard scale to remove, these absolutely make it very easy to remove without scratching the porcelain. I have purchased these for several years now, I put a little command hook on the back of the tank and hang it there out of sight. But the last two boxes I received, the handle falls out almost immediately, that was never a problem before. I liked being able to use them with the handle to keep my hand out of the water, not possible without the handle. The quality has definitely slipped and I have canceled my subscription!

La verdad no tenía mucha fe pero si sirve , no a la primera bueno depende de que tan manchado esté pero si quita las manchas , lo malo es que si deja el mármol o lo que esté hecho el escusado, pero muy leve 4 de 5 .si sirve

I must say it actually works, I used all kind of chemicals to make hard toilet ring go away, but nothing worked. This pumic stone worked like magic, just put little bit pressure and try to scrub on the hard stain, and within 5 mins, it was like brand new
