4 months ago I was miserable. In fact, I had been miserable for a vast majority of the last 17 years. I've taken all sorts of prescription drugs for all-over (I forget the doctor-term) juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since I was 10 years old and I either outgrew the medications or they simply didn't work well enough. The last medication I was on was an infusion-based one (I did these monthly infusions for over a year) and honestly I had such a terrible time on it that I essentially rage-quit last year and just stopped everything altogether because I was so frustrated from being in so much constant pain because every type of prescription medication "failed" me (those are the doctor's words). Then I was REALLY miserable. I couldn't make a fist with either hand; I couldn't straighten my right elbow - it just stopped at about a 110 degree angle; I couldn't turn my head very far or easily in any direction; my knees would swell up so much I couldn't put on some of my pants; I have these awesome ankle boots that I absolutely love (plus they go with nearly everything) but I couldn't wear them because my ankles and toes (and swollen knees) would be in far too much pain to walk in them because heaven forbid they have a barely 1-inch heel and also my fingers just couldn't grasp zippers or shoe laces well enough (luckily I have a decent collection of flats). Of course anyone reading this review and considering this product likely is personally well-aware of all the (supposed to be) innocuous and mundane actions that either simply cannot be done or are made exceedingly more painful/difficult with the hindrance of arthritis. Then Amazon PrimeDay happened. I saw these on the Upcoming Deals for next to nothing and thought, 'eh, what could it hurt?' But to be completely honest I had the absolute lowest of the lowest of expectations because in 17 years of medications (we're talking various NSAIDs, steroids, methotrexate, Plaquenil, Azulfidine, Embrel, Humira, Xeljanz, Actemra - seriously, I've tried them all!) surely the answer couldn't be that simple! Supplements? Yeah, right. But I tried them anyway. For several weeks I took them exactly as directed because although I was certain they wouldn't work, I didn't want to be accused of not consuming them properly. I was about halfway through the bottle when I first started noticing a teeny tiny bit of a difference. Of course, I was skeptical and partially chalked it up to it being a happy accident or maybe the weather was being particularly helpful for me or something. But a week after that was even slightly better. And then even better. Then better and better until each day was noticeably better than the day before! I almost couldn't believe what I was experiencing. I know I might sound crazy and excitable but I'm not kidding when I say these supplements have significantly improved my quality of life. People, let me tell you: I am now a devout believer! I take back every doubt I ever had about supplements and I'll eat whatever crow I need to because I will happily admit to being dead-wrong. I can get out of bed easily now. I can get dressed in half the time it used to take me. I can sit on the floor without worrying about how the heck I'm going to get up again. My right elbow can now extend to a full 150 degree angle!! That's huge! It has literally been years since I could brag about that! Also, my skin is clearer, my nails are stronger, and my hair is healthier, or maybe I'm giving them way too much credit and it's just that I now have the physical capability to take better care of myself, I don't know - I am not a scientist or medical expert in any capacity at all. All I know is that these (+Tylenol when needed) have turned me into a happier and more functional human being. And being that this was my first dedicated venture into the world of arthritis supplements, it is possible that perhaps this outcome could have been duplicated with any brand/combination of supplements, or maybe I just got lucky and picked the perfect one for me, I couldn't tell you. But I can tell you this: I love this product, I am already and will continue to be a returning customer, and I couldn't possibly recommend this product more.

I am 20 years old and have struggled with my knees popping for a couple years accompanied by and knee pain on occasion. I was going to a boot camp 4 times a week and found my popping was getting worse. I would feel slight pain during some workouts. I have gone to multiple knee doctors and had them x-rayed. They said my knees where 'gorgeous and looked like a new set of wheels.' The popping was said to be a fluke party trick and that I should be on the safe side and not do workouts like lunges that put pressure on the knees. Another doctor said I should do exercises that strengthened my knees. In pursuit of my love for health, wanting to be stronger in my knees, and everywhere else; I have had months of sessions with a personal trainer, but with all my work my knees still popped. I notice when I weight train on my knees they do feel slightly better- but only slightly in daily tasks. This has been a growing frustration for me because this problem limits my ability to workout and I have to work around my knee problem. I was recently in a server car accident, which put working out on a prolonged halt. I have been forced to be bed ridden for a month and a half. I have lost strength in my legs, making my knee problem worse- more popping and more pain when going up stairs. I decided to recuse a puppy a little over a week ago. The foster parent of the dog told me about her popping problem that occurs all over her body. She has been taking Glucosamine which completely solved the problem. She even gives it to all her dogs and says they never had joint problems or arthritis throughout their lives. So you better believe I hopped right on it. I found myself with this product and was drawn in by the multiple beneficial joint ingredients and quality. Let me say... it has completely stopped my joint pain from the first day of use! The popping has gone down dramatically though it has only been a few days! - in spite of my inability to workout my legs! I am very hopeful for my condition as I continue with this product! I am also giving this to my dog daily, who ironically has joint popping in legs and I intend to continue to do so for the remainder of his life! **Side note- my recuse puppy has four different types of intestinal worms that he is being treated for by prescription. I just discovered that Turmeric is a natural remedy for worms! Love the extra boost to help the poor guy!

It's important to note that Glucosamine/Chondroitin will not get rid of serious arthritis pain. However, I used it years ago when my knees were hurting so bad that I cried just riding in a car - much less trying to walk. It gave me five extra years before I had to have the surgeries. What G/C does is relieve some of the pain so that life is bearable again. I'm using it now for my shoulders which I've been told are not only bone on bone, but eroding the bone. I can now sleep most nights - still very stiff when I get up during the night or in the morning - but movement helps along with the G/C. I guess I shouldn't leave out the MSM and turmeric. Something's working quite well and making a difference faster than it did on my knees. That took 3 months before I started feeling relief. I'm not even one month on these pills and I'm getting relief. An ortho doctor was very positive years back about my using G/C and encouraged me to stick with it. He said he's seen many people cancel their surgeries because of it. Keep in mind though, that the pills don't work immediately so hang in there. Also keep in mind that the supplement might not work for everyone. I've been told by some friends that G/C never did anything for them. But I'm not sure they stayed with it long enough. For myself, I'm staying with this particular product because it is definitely helping. I've even tried CBD and CBD ointment which did very little and cost a fortune. Yes, the pills are large and can be hard to swallow but use the applesauce trick or putting them into anything else you can easily swallow. If a pill helps, I don't care how large it is. I'm happy to take it.

Good value for the money. Have been using for several weeks now and I can notice a difference in the pain an inflammation in my joints.

I am on my second bottle now of the Vita Breeze product, having previously used a competitor's product, which was only composed of Chondroitin, MSM and Glucosamine. The purported strength of the previous concoction was the same as VitaBreeze, but required 6 big 'ol capsules daily to get the advertised recommended dosage. The capsules were larger than what I now get from VitaBreeze, plus I now only have to take 4 medium size capsules a day of Vita Breeze to get the full benefit dosage, so...bigger isn't always better..at least where pills are concerned anyway! I moved to the VitaBreeze product because well, firstly, I couldn't find the previous product anymore and secondly, and more importantly, the VitaBreeze product additionally contains Turmeric, which is something I truly believe in, to address inflammation and which I was taking as a adjunct to the previous product. Handling powdered Turmeric is a real nightmare as it stains everything it touches and is hard to incorporate in any drink or food without collateral staining damage. With VitaBreeze, it's all contained nicely in a medium sized capsule, easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste yet a pleasing hint of Turmeric as it is swallowed, so you get a reassurance that the Turmeric is in there and about to be unleashed and about to do it's thing! Chondoitin and MSM and Glucosamine were recommended as a potential help for some chronic shoulder Arthritis which was discovered after shoulder surgery to clean up the joint, after snapping my Upper Bicep Tendon while out surfing with my Grandchildren! My surgery was back in January of 2016, and I am happy to say I am back playing my best tennis ever, despite the loss of the bicep tendon. I swear by the VitaBreeze product and though I have no scientific evidence, I truly believe the full eradication of pain in the joint is attributable to the Glucosamine, Chondoitin and MSM concoction and even more so with the addition of the Turmeric! My surgeon could offer no medical non-opioid prescription long term, to alleviate the intolerable pain I was having due to the Arthritis in the joint and simply said, "Try Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM", you have nothing to lose! Short of that, I was told, it's Arthritis, it happens, manage it! I couldn't sleep longer than a couple of hours a night, before having to get up, re-position my shoulder, wait for the pain to ebb before trying to get another couple of hours of disjointed sleep. Frankly, I knew I had run out of medical options, once he suggested a total shoulder replacement as the last resort. I am very active, surfing, tennis, cycling, motorcycling, swimming.....so there was no way I was going to take that option without exhausting every other conceivable option, including accepting he pain and horrible sleep pattern! Well I must say, that recommendation to try Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, with the addition of the Turmeric, was some of the best advice I have ever received and my shoulder is now absolutely, positively pain free and fully functional, even without having the Upper Bicep Tendon re-attached (too much rehab time) since I play tennis everyday and at 68, a year of rehab was not going to happen because at my age I'm making every day count! Nighttime pain has been completely eradicated and my tennis serve is back to pre-surgery form. So, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it! I take the VitaBreeze product religiously and think of it, when I do as....."Popeye's spinach"! Hopefully it will work for you as well!

I will start by saying that I bought this product specifically for it's inclusion of MSM & Tumeric as well as the Glucosamine Sulfate. Let's talk about these for a moment. I have arthritis in my knee and have for a few years now, I've taken numerous brands of Glucosamine but they are not all the same. I had spoken to my Dr. who explained to only purchase the Glucosamine sulfate, he said that's pretty much all I'd need. Well, if you do your research you'd know that Turmeric is also a natural anti-inflammatory as are berries (which I was eating every single day). The MSM is also very helpful with repairing cartilage and I thought after reading the reviews on this brand, why not? What did I have to lose? I had been in daily pain with my knee and would feel it while sleeping, walking, standing, sitting. I am in my early 40s so this was ridiculous, I was limping when out walking the dogs. Normally when I've had a flare up in the past I ice several times a day, elevate, eat and drink in smoothie form tons of berries, I massaged it, I tried an anti-inflammatory cream, and lastly I'd take my RX meds for pain. I hate doing that because Nsaids take a toll on your stomach after awhile, plus for long term, it simply isn't good for you so I'll always try something more natural. Anyways, I ordered this product and noticed a significant decline in my pain after about 5 days. I thought perhaps it's just wishful thinking so I will wait at least 1 month and take these every day and then see how I feel. Well, it's been just over a month and I am so happy I found this brand! No pain, my swelling is gone, it simply feels like I got some lubrication going on in my joint, it was SO exceptionally stiff before. This is amazing and I will definitely be ordering it regularly. I was also incorporating Turmeric into my diet, but needed to do so daily. Have you tasted turmeric? It has a funky taste at times, especially in smoothies. And, I was not sure if I was getting the right amounts either. I am not someone who likes to take pills or meds just because I have a pain. I will always do everything else, before I even take an aspirin. But I truly was feeling so much pain and wanted to try this instead of another cortisone injection. So glad I did. You'll notice upon reading the other reviews that not everyone had such excellent results with this. But I was hopeful and kept in mind that everyone's pains are different. Some people may have more serious injuries and might already be taking other medications. I don't take anything but this (not even vitamins) and am otherwise in perfect health. Give it a try if you are an arthritis sufferer, it's way better than Nsaids or RX drugs (long term).

After looking around at different supplements I decided on this one. I had previously taken one from a local drug store for about 6 months and it made a dramatic difference but I didn't want to have to keep going to the store and this gets delivered right to my door for a better price than locally. I know it takes around 2-3 months to really feel the difference with these supplements so I hesitated writing a review in case it didn't work, but now after around a month and a half I can already tell a difference. My joints definitely don't ache as much which is amazing for me since I've dealt with joint pain for years. I'm starting to be able to move around more and stairs are not the enemy to my knees. The best thing I love is that it's a capsule not a huge pill, it makes it so much easier to swallow. You have to take anywhere from 2-4 of these no matter where you get it and it's so much easier to swallow 4 capsules than 4 pills. For anyone trying to decide if you should make this purchase I recommend fully that you do! It has the right dosage amounts and when I received my package it was in great shape. I plan to continue ordering this product from this company for as long as I can because it works and it's definitely cost efficient. While I was asked to write this review I would have if not asked because it's a great product and for anyone with aching joints trying to get relief without a prescription finding the right product really is important. I started taking this product months ago for arthritis of the knees. Both my physical therapists and I noticed a difference in inflammation which was much less. I also had less pain and greater mobility. I was loving it! There is one problem if you are a woman. I have fibroids, a long history of them and several surgeries. Shortly after taking this product I started bleeding almost every day with extra heavy periods. My fibroids were under control with birth control pills, I was generally not having any issues except when I had to go on antibiotics for whatever reason. I developed severe anemia with a very low hemoglobin count. Had to take iron pills which is no fun and has severe side effects. My gyn asked about any new dietary changes or any supplements. When I mentioned turmeric she said that in some people it causes bleeding, she had one patient who started bleeding post menopause and when cancer was ruled out it was determined to be caused by the turmeric she was taking for arthritis. After taking huge iron supplements for months and getting the anemia under control I stopped all supplements. My periods went back to normal. I know the bleeding was not caused by any supplement except the turmeric because I had been taking most of them for months and years with no problems. So if you are a woman or have any kind of underlying blood issues, be aware that turmeric can cause bleeding, sometimes severe. Which is a shame, because now I have to find a supplement with the right amount and type of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM but with no turmeric.
