Packaging was good , Not giving 5 Star because After opening Box there was too much dust , Product was look a like old one . Build quality is good & easy to use.

Was Leaking Horribly-replaced - now working fine
The media could not be loaded. The unit was put on municipal water incoming line, worked well as long as the flow was there(when tanks were filling) but the moment flow stopped(when tanks got filled) , it starts leaking.Update: Amazon did not give me replacement some red-tape got in the way.Update 2: Some sensible guy from customer care DID finally give me a replacement.The unit is working well. Possibly the earlier one had some minor defect.

Performance of screen filter
This is an ideal filter for filtering macro dust particles like sand, dust, mud etc. However, dissolved impurities and fine particles (<120 micron) will not get filtered with this.Can be used for filtering the municipal water drawn from UG tanks or sumps. The fitment is perfect with no leakages.Filter cleaning is very simple can be done easily.This filter should be fitted at the outlet of the pump, preferably next to the outlet of the pump.Overall it is value for money.
