I got a small bag and it was not compostable. It is lined with foil.

Can this help with weight loss?

I don’t know about weight loss as it all depends on what else you are eating in a day. I will say it is really good as a supplement for someone trying to lose weight.

Their website states that the chocolate and vanilla flavors are sweetened with organic monk fruit extract. The unflavored version contains only chocho power.
