I started taking these for dry eye about 5 months ago. Not sure if they’ve helped with that but there was a SIGNIFICANT increase in my HDL cholesterol levels & a SIGNIFICANT decrease in my triglycerides. Also slight decreases in VLDL & LDL cholesterol. This may be “TMI”, but I hope you can read the copy of my latest lab results I included with this review. (For reference, I’m a small 70-year-old woman.) I think it helped when I started by taking 1 capsule at night for the first week, then increasing it to 2 capsules. No stomach issues. I just sent some to my son who watches his diet closely but still struggles with his cholesterol.

I’ve been taking Pro Omega-3 consistently and so far I’m really happy with it. The capsules are easy enough to take and, most importantly for me, I haven’t noticed an unpleasant fishy taste or aftertaste. I wanted to add an omega-3 supplement to my daily routine and this has been really easy to stick with. The bottle lasts a good amount of time and I haven’t had any issues taking it regularly. Overall, no complaints and I’ll continue using it!

I love the ultra-high levels of EPA & DHA. I love the fact that I don't end up with "fish burps" after I take them. I don't love how large the capsules are. I don't love how expensive they are. I don't love how the last three bottles I have purchased have every single capsule so stuck together that I have to separate the capsules (very carefully) with a spoon to get them out of the bottle. It also makes me wonder if they have been stored in high heat and/or humidity that might be degrading the potency. (see update below) But, I keep buying them because I haven't found anything better. Update 09/11/20 - I just received another bottle - this one 120 capsules vs. the 60 I usually buy. This bottle didn't have the sticking problem the last three orders had. So, I don't know if it is the different size, or the fact that these came from a different seller, but apparently, YMMV.

This specific brand of Fish Oil was recommended by my eye doctor. Been taking them for years and will probably never quit. I have only been taking one a day, but am thinking I will go to the two recommended on the label. Older eyes keep getting drier and old joints keep on getting creakier! No fishy aftertaste. Great product!

Great way to get the high dose of Omega 3 my doctor recommended. For all those complaining about the capsules sticking together, just put them in the fridge. That shrinks them down a bit and helps preserve them.
