The instructions were missing, I set the iron to medium with no steam and placed the tacky side over the seam and ironed at a speed of about a foot per 30 seconds or until I saw the melt slightly ooze from the tape. If it sticks to your iron or the tape melts through then set your iron cooler and iron a little faster.
