I’ve just charged the device and the “pulling line” is really long. Am I suppose to cut it shorter?

can't find the email to get help with the product ??

I’m unable to find this seller’s email and the one that was given to me by an Amazon Representative well that email sent me to this particular page. And my delivery never made it to me, been waiting almost a week or so. All of a sudden I get a return label delivered from UPS for me to return the product that is now saying that I won’t receive it until February 4,2022. what is the difference between the 201 and the 201A ?

There are some differences in appearance. Sound tube and earplugs are different, the sound tube of 201 has no directionality, the sound tube of 201A has two style(Left and right). There exist some differences in usage and feeling experience. As for the function, nearly the same.
