I don't know if they're working or not. It's hard to tell on any vitamins. All I know is I've been taking different omega's for over 30 years and I think that they have kept my brain active and I'm not gonna stop now. I'm usually happy go lucky person pill size is fine effectiveness I don't know if anybody really notices the difference in the vitamins that they take and because of my age, I've got arthritis, but I think it could be worse than it is, but I do exercise and that's important folks.

So many Omega 3's that I have tried leave a fishy aftertaste (or make me burp a "fishy" burp). This is the first I have found that doesn't do this! The lemon really makes a big difference. Although the pills are large, they are absolutely not as big as some of the other Omega 3 pills on the market. Definitely easier to swallow than many!

Soft and easy to swallow, I’ve never had a bad taste haunt me.

The bottle when opened, gives a strong smell of fish oil. However it has a pleasant taste of citrus flavours. Did some check of this brand and it is one of the highly recommended.

Reasonable value at $70. for 180 softels 1000 mg. Pro Omega. Find the variations on this product confusing? Why so many variations?

Great product, exactly what I needed and much cheaper than the pharmacy. One of only ~2 fish oil brands that can be trusted for very high quality.
