This is a great product. I took it for awhile for immune support and recommended it to my husband for gut support. He has been taking it and it is very effective for bowel regularity. It mixes easy with water or juices and is very cost effective. There have been no side effects.

Good quality and taste is mild so easy to drink in water. Was having a terrible bought with microscopic colitis or dye off from a detox protocol one caused the other I think). If you use LGlutamine on an empty stomach 3 times a day (1/2 hour before eating and 2-3 hours after eating) it’ll go straight to the intestines and start the healing. It worked for me once before so I tried it again and sure enough 1 week into the protocol I’m much better. Last time after 2 weeks I was totally back to normal. I use the protocol that starts you at 5gr divided into 2 servings the first day. 10gr 2 different servings a day on 2nd day and for next 4 days 30 gr divided into 3 servings. Then you work back down over the next week. Stay on 5-10 gr a day for maintenance. This is the leaky gut protocol that is gentle but worked very well for my colitis or die off episode. I highly recommend a good clean brand like this with no additives. When you take with food it has different benefits for muscle building and recovery but on an empty stomach it works well to repair the gut. Amazing!!

It just disappears into whatever liquid you put it in like it has somewhere important to be. I mix it with water or my morning drink, stir it for a few seconds, and move on with my life. No chalky aftertaste. No weird sweetness. No chemical regret. What I like most is how boring it is, and I mean that in the best way. It dissolves easily, does not upset my stomach, and does not try to convince me it tastes like fruit punch from a science lab. I take it every morning without thinking, which is exactly what I want from something I plan to use long term. Do I feel dramatically different? Not really. Am I lifting cars over my head? Sadly, no. But I am consistent with it, and consistency is doing most of the heavy lifting here. Sometimes trusting the process is the whole point. The container is simple, the powder lasts a long time, and the value is solid compared to similar options. The only downside is that if you are expecting instant, obvious results that slap you in the face, this is not that kind of product. It is quiet. It works in the background. If you want something tasteless, easy to mix, and simple to add to your routine without thinking about it, this is a great buy. If you need flashy flavors or immediate proof that something is happening, you might be disappointed. For me, this is a 5 out of 5. I will keep taking it every morning and confidently nodding at myself like I know what I am doing.

I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. I’m 23 and every time I eat bread or some type of dairy the next day I feel heavy, my face feels inflamed, or I feel like I’m not fully processing my food, but taking a scoop of this product before eating has been actually life changing for me feeling like I can eat anything and not feel bloated immediately. I did not expect it to help as much as it did right away. Nothing has ever helped so significantly. It’s 100% better than using Lactaid. The taste isn’t the best but I mix it together with gatorade or some type of juice which does the job. Ive never ate so much pizza in one week because I haven’t been having any issues processing it since taking this product. Highly recommended if you have similar problems!

Works great my only complaint is the taste! I just can’t get used to it! I tried mixing into just about everything but I can still taste it. It does dissolve completely when you mix it though. No smell and comes with a scoop so that’s handy! I definitely prefer the capsules but I purchased for a great price so I can’t complain too much! Good product!

These work really really well for muscle recovery after the gym or any hard workout. Has worked wonders for me for my digestive issues.

To soon to see if it makes any difference, however, I will report it does NOT mix easy. I use a frother for a good solid min and still always small amount of powder at the bottom of the glass. No flavor but very chalky
