So after use of month, I found some point as detailed below, 1. Booking is so easy. 2. Delivery is quick and on very next day. But only one delivery guy came instead of two (as detail in Amazon delivery note). It's not comfitable for one man to lift 50 inch TV box And TV box got wet on bottom side as there is rain that day ( though it's not acceptable for me as it electric appliance) Amazon must have to manage this type mistake. 3. Amazon offer open box delivery which is very problematic in TV unit, as in TV you can find damage only after turn on the TV and in open box turn on the TV is not offered. ( So basically, by open box Amazon declare that TV is not damage, and during installation company person declare that TV box is already open hence if any minor damage found its all buyers responsibility) so take care. 4. Ok. Hisense do best job in this TV, thank fully to god I got a good piece if TV. no damage and all good till this of time. 5. Picture, voice is very good. In SD, HD, FHD, 4K all mode work very well. 6. Voice is very good. 7. I am disappoint with remote as it's key is very very side by side which make you made mistake by pressing wrong switch. But I assure onnlong time you mind make it confirtable for it. 8. Internet connection work very well. I used on both inthernet + wireless. Both work well. That all I can conclude as I got this in 30800 bucks and 4 yr warrenty. Guys it looks me a good deal and I grab it. If you find the same in next sale grabe it.

If you are looking for the TV with decent specs and reasonable price point, this is surly an option. Picture quality is comparable to the known brand like LG. ( i have two LG 4K TV already, this one is third). For normal TV viewing the audio is also OK but if you are expecting this to deliver exceptional sound due to Dolby ATMOS, you will be disappointed however clear audio dislodge delivery is there. No Lag in operation is observed. Remote feels cheap plastic toy. Google assistance work fine and is quick. With the Price point of 23.5K this TV will not let you disappoint. Again if you are thinking too much on sound, you will be disappoint as the response to low frequency (Base) is under powered. For a normal TV user the TV is good. Update after one year. TV LCD panel went blackout but the entire TV unit is replaced by hisense.

Writing this review after usage of 15 Days. Video Quality is Good if it is 4k Videos like Amazon Prime etc. But when compare to another full HD Sony TV, some of the colors are looking more crispy in Sony TV itself. However Picture quality is okay with that Price Range but if anyone wanna to change their TV from Sony to the present one may not give much Satisfaction. Upgrading from Normal HD to this TV I can say People will enjoy. Sound Quality DTS Atmos also Working good, We can feel the same but who are keen to listen the each note of the Music may feel a bit of Dissatisfaction the reason why is it is not giving the Punchy Sound for 24 Watts sound. If it has been modified with little more Crisp and Punchy it will give excellent viewing experience. The overall T.V. Quality is Good and Satisfactory it can be bought if you are not looking for Premium T.V.

30 Nov,2020 Please Don't buy hisense because they don't have technicians support in india. i am facing my tv panel issue since sept,22 ,2020. Even i done complaint in consumer forum and pg portal but they were not replying on it so finally you have to face the same which i'm facing right now 15 oct,2020 Third review comment company is not responding from last 1 months . I don't know, how they are giving 5 years warranty however the product is just 2 months old and they are pulling their hand. Amazon technician came on 3 oct and said that we will change your panel but 12 days has gone and no revert from their end. 28 sept,2020 Second review comment Now I am facing panel issue after 2 months of purchased so i dropped a mail to them but now 10 days has gone and also tweet via tweeter but no response from their side till now. Amazon gave me assurance and providing a solution that they will provide a technician to me I will update my technician experience as well when he come BAD EXPERIENCE... First review 8 August,2020 In one word to describe my experience is "awesome" 1.Too loud and clear sound 2. Picture quality is awesome 3.
