They work great going on several months now with zero problems. **Q: How do you remove the cup for cleaning?** A: Depends how you use them... If you attach them to the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket, you could just rinse them out when you re-fill the bucket. If you attach them to PVC pipe (as I did) you will have to get creative. I rigged up a secondary water line that runs above my PVC pipe waterers. Once a day, a garden hose timer triggers a water deluge to blast out the cups so the chickens always have fresh, clean drinker cups. If you do this method, be sure to have a solid concrete spillway (really should have one under ANY automatic water system) so the water deluge doesn't flood your hen house. Lastly, be sure to NEVER attach these waterers to high pressure water lines like a garden hose. They are not intended to handle more than 3-5 psi where as most garden hoses run between 50-100 psi. **Q: Hello, do you have package of 3 ? i have 3 small cage** A: No but the pack of 2 comes with a 3rd extra for free. **Q: How do I contact the manufacturer?
