How are the sleeves? Are they able to roll up without getting stretched out?

I could of easily gotten a size too big (I ordered a medium like I would if I’m getting regular clothing) but I find the sleeves long, there is elastic right at the end of the jacket if that makes sense, so it’s easy to stretch. I’ve pushed the sleeves up on the jacket a number of times and I Did not notice any stretching out.

do they run big in the waist? I measure 33D bust 25 inch waist what size??

i am about the same size and i got an XS ... not sure if there’s an xxs but you could probably do that too

Is this jacket fluid resistant?

Since it is 94% polyester, it resists water/rain to a point. It is not like solid material rain jackets. It is very comfortable, and I like the proportions - no binding areas. It has style too in subtle details. Nice, lightweight jacket that I actually bought for rainy days, dashing from car, but not walking in the rain.

What is the difference between 4xl and 4xl plus?
