Best price, theyโve really helped.
I have used Thera Tears for at least 10 years for my dry eyes. My eye Dr. recommended them. They have really helped and I wouldnโt go without them. They keep my eyes from watering. Amazon has the best price that Iโve found.

Helped Me A Lot - Highly Recommended
These are the only thing that helped my dry eyes and literally took away the discomfort that I was suffering from. I had to take them twice a day for 2 weeks but it finally keeps away the pain and discomfort. I also like their eye drops. I highly recommend them but you have to stick with them, twice a day.

It helps dry eyes
Helps dry eyes. My doc said it will take a while to notice any difference but I stopped taking it after 6 months. Then I noticed that it WAS helping my eyes. He said the omega 3 plus the flaxseed is what makes it work for dry eyes. I gave 4 stars because it does not cure dry eyes.

They do work thank you!!!!
I waited a whole week to put my review cause i had to try the pills first. I payed alot for the hydroeye supplements that made my eyes worst. I suffer from allergies which make my eyes so dry. I tried every eyedrop out there and nothing was helping me. I decided to give these supplements a try before consulting with my eye doctor. From the first day of taking them i noticed a difference. A week later I noticed i havent used my eyedrops anymore and the dryness from my eyes went away. Thank you

Mixed Experience with TheraTears Omega 3 Supplement - Decent Value, Unpleasant Flavor
I have had a mixed experience with the TheraTears 1200mg Omega 3 Supplement for Eye Nutrition. While it offers some benefits, there are a few drawbacks that cannot be ignored. Let's start with the flavor. Unfortunately, this supplement has a distinct fish oil taste that can leave you with an unpleasant aftertaste. It's no surprise that it can make you burp fish oil, which can be quite off-putting. While I understand that the taste is due to the organic flaxseed triglyceride fish oil content, it is still a significant drawback for those who are sensitive to such flavors. On the bright side, the value for money is commendable. The 90-count bottle provides a good supply of the supplement at a reasonable price point. Considering the benefits of omega-3s for eye nutrition, the cost-effectiveness of this product makes it a worthy investment. In terms of ease of swallowing, the TheraTears Omega 3 Supplement fares decently. The size of the capsules is manageable, and they go down smoothly with a glass of water. While they are not the smallest capsules on the market, they are still easy to swallow for most individuals. Overall, the TheraTears 1200mg Omega 3 Supplement for Eye Nutrition receives a three-star rating from me. The unpleasant flavor and fish oil burps are significant downsides that can make taking the supplement a less enjoyable experience. However, the value for money is good, and the ease of swallowing is acceptable. If you can tolerate the taste and are seeking an omega-3 supplement specifically for eye nutrition, this product may still be worth considering.

Upper Eyelid Twitch went Bye-Bye!
Taking one serving daily (3 gel capsules), with no other lifestyle adjustments, has easily gotten rid of a stubborn, persistent upper eyelid twitch that had lasted for two very, very long months. Before the supplement arrived, my eyelid seemed to be twitching an average of about once per waking minute - though sometimes more, sometimes less. After the first day of taking the supplement, the twitch was noticeably diminished, and after two, it was completely gone. A week later, and the pesky twitch hasn't returned. It's a small miracle! If you've ever had a persistent eyelid twitch, you're probably aware that they are almost always benign and not a risk to your physical health -- yet when long-lived, they can wreak havoc on your mental health and begin to drive you MAD!! There are a few different probable causes for eyelid twitches, so these capsules might not cure every kind. I began my own diagnosis by consulting Dr. Internet, which explained that eyelid twitches may be caused by stress, eyestrain, lack of sleep, and dryness -- but also, though very rare, brain tumors or serious neurological disorders. Of course at first, I naturally assumed the worst and began mentally planning my bucket list (I told you eye twitches make you crazy!). But then I decided to turn off panic mode and think this thing through. I am far less-stressed and get far more sleep than I ever did in grad school, or my life leading up to grad school for that matter. So I crossed those possibilities off my list. Eyestrain was a 'maybe,' but the twitch persisted through the holiday season when I was given a couple weeks' vacation from staring at computer screens. But dryness? Yes, maybe dryness. After living in the humid Florida climate for most of my life, I've recently taken up residence farther north, and my body hasn't yet acclimated to the drier air. The winters are the driest, and my twitch began in December. Furthermore, I had a persistent eyelid twitch once before - not as bad as this one, but annoying nonetheless. It was over a decade ago, when I was a competitive swimmer. Chlorine is very drying to the skin, and so I assume also the eyes. So I settled on my hypothesis and decided to test it. I ordered both Thera Tears' eyedrops and supplements, but the supplements arrived on my doorstep first and so I began with those. By the time the drops arrived a couple days later, my twitch was already gone, and so I never even opened the bottle. The supplements, apparently, were all I needed. Since people on the other reviews here seem so concerned about "fish burps," yes, I get a couple very tiny fish burps after taking my daily serving. It's such a negligible price to pay for getting rid of that irritating twitch that I hardly notice. I will update my review if the twitch returns while taking these supplements. Otherwise, assume they're still working for me. Good luck!

Pleasant & easy to swallow.
The capsules are fairly big but easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste. I have yet to know if it is effective as described for dry eyes.
