Per application:      We recommend that customers use 0.3-0.5 ounces at a time.But each customer has different usage habits (like more or less)

**Q: Can i use this lubricant on any treadmill? i have a horizon t101 treadmill.**
A: First use on horizon T101… nearly ruined my motor. Overheated due to friction. I’m switching back to horizon lube. Hope that fixes the burning smell and hot motor.

**Q: how long is the tube?**
A: The tube is 7 or 8 inches long . You can easily lube more than one half of the surface from each side.

**Q: How many ounces total? Previous answer says 3.4 oz per bottle, but description says 8.4 oz. Total?**
A: It’s hard to say if the bottles are 3.4 or 4.2 each but the lubricant is very light. My treadmill can’t seem to tell the difference whenever I’ve lubed it & not! The best thing about this product is the application.
