will it stay frozen for a 6 hr flight?

Not likely. I use one in a cheap insulated soft lunch kit. It is cold but not frozen after being packed at 6:30 and in an office till 11.

Is it really four blocks for the price of $7.39?

I bought 2 blocks. They were a lot bigger than I thought, but they stay cold when you need them. Dont remember what they costs me.
