BEST & MOST EFFICIENT MOP I HAVE EVER OWNED
I love this pro duster...picks up everything & the swivel handle is outstanding...My son loved mine so much that he purchased one and that says a lot

Works great.
The mop works great, really like its performance. Much better than Swiffer. However, the handle made "pop" and it cracked and dislodged. I assume it was just a faulty product. I was given a full refund.

EPIC FAIL !
I LOVE shark products but this one is a fail. All they had to do was attach the handle 1/4 turn the other direction and it could go under furniture. The handle is permanent and cannot be moved. That is the only flaw. I returned it.
