Easy to use.
Great machine, love the waffle ready light and beep. Waffles come out light and golden brown. Easy to clean plates. Pays for it self quickly with breakfast joints charging up to $12 for an order of waffles. Haven't used the pancake plate yet, nice addition.

Temperature control is problematic
This waffle maker has some nice features except for one feature which unfortunately is a very big deal. The problem area is the temperature control. You basically have to place the control at the lowest mark to prevent the waffle from being burnt or over done. This takes away from an otherwise overall positive experience.On the positive side, the timer/alerts are nice enhancements and the unit is easy to clean afterwards.

It is as advertised. Plates are removable to switch between a waffle maker and small pancake maker. Makes great waffles and pancakes.

Fantastic choice
OK, so I over thought this purchase for a long time, then I decided to take the plunge. Best decision ever. Heats fast, cooks great, and cleans like a dream. Waffles come out crispy and completely cooked. No raw insides! If you like soft waffles, take them out a little sooner. Easy to cook for a large family. I would say not to hesitate on your purchase like I did. The extra worry and research I put into looking for just the right waffle maker could have been much shorter if I had just went with my gut instinct when I looked at this one!! Love it!
