They are very handy to take with you to sporting events as they easily fit in a pocket, bag, or golf bag. They also have a long shelf life so you can throw them in and forget about them until you need them, which is great. and because you just rip the top off and squeeze the gel out there's virtually no mess (just make sure you finish the whole sachet)I used to take small chocolate bars but the sugar and fat content long term is not a good idea so i decided to pick these up. They're easy to use just rip the top off and squeeze out the gel. It is quite tasty, not too sweet or artificial tasting. But it does have almost a fatty aftertaste like when you've eaten something fatty or oily and have a bit of an aftertaste in your throat.Energy wise they are a good boost and kick in much quicker than solid foods. When matched with water or juice there's no upset belly in terms of energy drink belly rot or guts moving fast.Good quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review.
