The indeed gland is a standard flexible rubber seal will take pretty much any standard cable you might want to use right up to a 16A armoured cable. And on the output side it’s deign for a normal 3x1.5 or 3x2.5 flex so any covers pretty much anything normal you might use. Hope that helps
