It's very watery, translucent, with whitfleck** A: The product I use is also called "Boot & Shoe Leather Lotion." The label seems to be identical to the photo (except for the "Care" part). When my previous order arrived, it was also very watery. Having used the product for years, I knew that was not normal, so called the company. The representative told me to refrigerate the lotion because it would always be watery if warm enough. I now store my Leather Lotion in the refrigerator all year, and that works beautifully.
