Oh. My. GOSH! Absolutely decadent!!
This cherry extract is something to behold! As soon as I opened the bottle, there was a delicious aroma that came drifting up from the bottle. MmmMmMMmmMMmm... The cherry flavor is strong and delicious, plus there's no artificial red dye! I was very happy with this! I needed this specific flavor for some white icing and for these little cookies that are like wedding cookies. Red dye would have ruined BOTH! The description states that this cherry extract is 'high concentration." Welp, after using it, I have to say that THEY ARE CORRECT! Also, because it is concentrated, I didn't have to use as much as I used to use with other brands. It's definitely value for my money because a little bit goes a long way!

SWEET pineapple flavor
This oil-based flavoring isn't tart or sour; it just tastes like sweet, ripe pineapple. It's perfect for frostings. I made a delicious keto piña colada frosting with virgin coconut oil, powdered allulose, and this oil. I haven't baked or cooked with it, but since it's oil-based, it can't evaporate; so I imagine the flavor will remain strong in any food it's used with. It won't mix into water or alcohol, so please don't buy for drinks or leave bad reviews if it floats on top of your beverages! I bet it's great in dressings and marinades. Just keep in mind the flavor will be distributed more evenly in emulsions compared to something like a vinaigrette. I also LOVE that it comes in a glass bottle with a dropper!!! I often think about using an extract, but then don't reach for it because I know it will drip and maybe even spill, or too much will splash out. The dropper ensures perfect control and no mess, while the glass bottle protects and preserves the flavor. (I feel that some extracts in plastic bottles develop off-flavors over time.)

Scared of this flavoring
This orange cream tastes so artificial. I got some on my hands while trying to use it in yogurt and the smell was still there after at least 5 hours. I honestly am afraid to consume this for fear I might be poisoning my body. It is also very sticky and was hard to wash off my hands.
