I am very pleased with this device. It's really simple to use if you're familiar with using a neti pot. The set up is easy and the accompanying booklet is straight forward regarding setting up the device. The only thing I'm not sure about is how it's supposed to be cleaned after each use. I plan to call their customer service for clarification. The first evening I used it, I still needed to use my standard chromolyn nasal spray to get my nasal passages open. However, last night after using the SinuPulse my head was nice and clear all night long. Even now the following late morning, I'm not congested. This is really rare. I usually am using my nasal spray every few hours, even in the middle of the night. As a note, I'm using a Xylitol solution instead of the saline solution packets that come with the SinuPulse. From what I've read online, Xylitol is supposed to be much more effective in controlling biofilm in the nasal passages. I use 3 teaspoons Xylitol to 1 cup boiled water. Hope this helps you as well as it has me!

Customer Support from the manufacturer is stellar. Its hard to find companies that work as hard as they have toward customer satisfaction. A solid product with stellar support. Makes me wonder what else I need to buy from them. Thank you sinupulse.com for getting it done for me.

Works well.

Worked great for 2 months, then it quit working. In response, I posted a one-star review because that was an appropriate response. I didn’t ask for ANYTHING from the company. I simply publicized my dissatisfaction with the product. The company contacted me directly, delivered a genuine apology, and asked if they could make it up to me. That sort of customer service needs to be highlighted and applauded. You can’t build a perfect product but you can always work to get better. I was VERY impressed with their response. As a result, I am going to try it again, because it was AWESOME when it was working.

My daughter bought this item for her husband and son. Her son that uses it is 6 years old and he can work it like a champ - so I would rate this product high on ease of use for that reason alone. She has this to say about it: The SinuPulse Traveler a good quality product, well built and easy to use. It will be easy to travel with as well. My husband & son use it on a daily basis and it had helped tremendously to keep sinus congestion away - especially during this pollen season. My son gets congested easy with allergies and I have already noticed a change in him in the short time we have used it. To use it is super easy - untwist the bottom and fill with water and the saline packets that come with it. Twist back in place and you hear a click to know it’s locked in place. Place in nose and get a good seal and hit the power button. Go order one now!

2nd one and neither will hold a charge ..works great at first then it dies poor quality

I've used this nasal rinse pump for just over 2 years. It's a fairly solid product. Its very portable and convenient but it's not made of the toughest materials. The little lcd screen stopped working after about 1.5 years. That would indicate the water proofing isn't that great. The buttons to select the water modes still work but I can't tell the charge level. So I've got to be sure to charge it on a schedule or risk it dieing mid-use (very annoying). Also the nozzle, one I've been using since I got it, broke at its base today. Came off in my hand while running water through to clean it. It had been leaking for a bit (week or 2) but I thought the seal had been compromised. Thankfully it came with 2 nozzles. We'll see how long that one lasts. If anyone wants to buy it just now it's not going to last. It'll do the job but know that it will not endure forever.

This nasal irrigator is easy to use and works very well. It helps keep my nasal passages clear and feels gentle and comfortable. The travel size is convenient, and the included packets are a great bonus. Highly recommended.

After recurring sinus issues I was advised by my GP to try flushing them using a neti pot. When researching I found this and and reviews were excellent. It works well, has great battery life and comes with sachets to make up the solution with cooled, boiled water. High quality item which is worth paying extra for.

Pile of junk, stopped working after 5 months, avoid!!!!

Worked fine but didn't do anything that the cheaper models do. I get that it does this 'wave' thing but I honestly didn't notice a difference. It does clear your nose, but like I say, wish I'd got a cheaper model.
