I have bigger boobs and find the top is supportive, personally I still would wear it with a sports bra working out. But I don’t feel the need to wear a bra with it otherwise which is a first for me. I’m around a UK size 8, 32D bra and went for the medium based on other reviews. It fits tightly which is what I wanted, meaning that it gives nice shape and support even without the padded inserts (prefer without). Super soft and flattering, will be buying more colours!
