If I wanted a waxed paper dome with tape down the middle I would have made it myself! The picture shows what looks like a clear dome with a bunch of packaging underneath it! If I could have given this review a zero star review I would have done so! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tomatoe cowboy caps *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2015* The caps did work on our tomatoes. But they are not a sturdy product and need to be secured to the ground or the wind will blow them across the yard. Piling dirt around the rim works well. They tend to get soggy in the rain so you need to pay attention to their condition when the rain stops. They do work if you keep an eye on them. Once the plant starts growing you can rip the top back and let them grow out of the hole. Once the plant is set and growing just rip the cover and remove it.
