Getting older is fun. Now I have hairs growing in places I don’t want them. 😂 I have a little pug nose with lots of curves and grooves. I was plucking the hairs but that makes my eyes water and isn’t exactly pleasant. So when I saw this for under $10 with a crazy amount of good reviews I figured I’d try it. First annoyance. No battery. I really wish this was rechargeable with a USB cord. I hate dealing with disposable batteries. It’s also made in China, which I’m not crazy about. It’s comfortable to hold and I like that it’s waterproof so I can rinse it. It doesn’t pull my hairs either, which is good. My problem is that it just doesn’t get close enough. I have to pull my nose up, sideways and every other direction trying to get into all the little areas. 😂 I can spend a couple minutes on each side and finally just decide it’s good enough. By then the trimmer starts feeling a little warm too. I even tried it on one of my lovely chin hairs. Didn’t budge it. 😂 Hair also gets stuck in some of the little crevices around the head, so I use a tiny brush to clean it out. Maybe someone with fewer nose hairs and a less complicated nose would be perfectly happy with it. For me it just takes too long and doesn’t get close enough. I need something a little more powerful. For under $10 it wasn’t worth returning and it’s definitely better than plucking my nose. I’ll give it that.
