Worked for my recipe
Needed it for a mideval recipe I was recreating. It worked well. Tastes good

Instructions indicate three grams... so I looked it up and I believe it is about 3/4 of a tsp. I was surprised at how sweet it is and it has a nice taste. I was expecting more of a licorice flavor but it is pretty mild. I read you can use it for brushing your teeth and I plan on giving that a try in addition to taking it.I believe this was sourced from India. Nice fine ground powder, packaged nicely and seems high quality. My suggestion however to the manufacturer is to provide a scoop and I apologize if they have but I didn't find one.
