Unimpressed with the first try.
I like the idea, but my first test was not great. The patches are way too stretchy, and somehow broke at the end of the barrel and got kinda stuck between the rod and jag. I couldn't test any further as I was using a Real Avid rod which was defective, so that will be the only test until I get a good one. Depending on further testing I will decide if it works or not and update the review.

Well, I thought my Rifle was Clean..
Purchased the Creedmoor version at Cabelas to try and I am impressed. I thought I had cleaned my rifle good enough, but the patches told a different story.. The fitment of the brush, jag, and patches are excellent. The patches absorb chemical very well, and leave hardly any lint behind. I would describe the texture very similar to the old synthetic Hoppes patches before they went all cotton a few years ago..I do miss them. All in all it took about 12 patches for my rifle. The 3 step process I used was Hoppes 9 for the carbon, Bore Tech for the copper, and Hoppes Black for oil. I bought some more on here for my different calibers, but I am sure they will clean just as well.
