probably. the head is a smooth plastic. You will probably need a release agent - some kind of silicone seems likely - but you will probably have to try it out to be sure.

Not exactly what is being advertised!

I ordered this head because it doesn’t have makeup on it other than the black eyeliner. But when it was delivered it has lipstick, and eye shadow as well. I may send it back because it wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted the plain no makeup look… which is as shown but not what I received!

The neck is human sized
