Definitely best seller, customer service and one the best pots we have ever owned
I love these pots and pans. You should make sure to season it well to make it non-stick and avoid frying hard rice in them. If you bear these in mind you will enjoy cooking with them. What I like about this seller the most is that they have always been available and guided us in every step after we purchased the products. For instance, how to remove the black marks off the pan after I fried some hard rice in it. This is a very rare thing. I've had experiences with sellers who just sold their items and that's it or even worse get abusive if their client has a complaint. For instance, Good Good Products which is a diet jam seller removed our genuine feedback. That's why I truly appreciate sellers who are aware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and try to be there for their clients both in skill and care. I strongly recommend these pots and pans.

This is not Stainless Steel
Although a great deal of noise is made about the absence of nickel content in this cookware, the bottom line is that without nickel, you don't have stainless steel. To be fair, the instructions tell us to season the pot with high smoke-point oils to provide a non-stick interior (and it works, sort of!) ... but a number of design issues combine to make this pot less than excellent. The first thing that struck me about this pot was how light it was. In some ways, this is good. In the more important ways, this is bad. There is little metal here. That means there's very little to retain heat. That means you have to put more heat in to keep things at a bubble. And the need for more heat means more sticking/burned material on the base. And *that* means you end up having to deal with carbonised discolouring which you'd normally just deal with via Brillo pad, but in the case of this item you ... well, the instructions tell you not to do that. Because it's not stainless steel. So, these carbonised deposits, when do they occur? At 70C simmer over 4 hours. The instructions tell us that while the pot is capable of surviving in a 200C oven, on an induction hob the energy input should never exceed 500W. And this is where it all breaks down. The mass of metal is too light to retain heat. This demands more heat to achieve safe cooking temperatures. This causes burned material at the base, even at low temperatures, and this results in staining. I don't even know what the lack of nickel is going to do to this pot's rustability. With heavy use, I'd guestimate 6-12 months? But okay. I needed a medium-big stock pot, and this fits the bill. In its brief existence, it will at least allow me time to save up for some proper cookware.

I've been using this pot for about a week now and it has met or exceeded all my expectations. There are good instructions included with the pot, as this metal has no nickel there are some potentially additional steps you may wish to do. However, I did none of that, I simply washed the pot and lid upon arrival then let it dry. Placed it on the stove and added in enough avocado oil to cover the bottom of the inside of the pot. Heated that up on high for a little less than 2 minutes and then let it cool. Wiped out the excess oil and it has been great ever since. Do things, stick. Sometimes, it is metal so yes that can happen. Is it harder to clean than any other stainless-steel pot or pan, no. Same thing, cleans up easily. I overcooked some rice and it burned to the bottom ,but I have no issue cleaning that out. Like any stainless-steel, if you need to get a mark out, simply use a little bar keepers friend powder (sold everywhere) and it will look brand new in seconds. The huge difference is, with a regular pot and bar keepers friend you can smell the nickel after cleaning, with this one - you do not. So, for a nickel-free (for your health) pot, that is sturdy, well made, comes with a lid, you really can't go wrong. I'd buy from this brand again. ===Update: I did end up damaging the pot. It's still a good pot, but never clean the bottom with anything harsh like Ajax or similar. If food is stuck, in my case rice, you need to let it soak, maybe even overnight, then clean or scrape it with a silicone scraper. The bottom is somewhat thin, so scrubbing like that will lead to seeing black marks where the metal is gone. I'll keep my stars as it is a good pot, you just have to be a bit gentle with it.
