Quality and finish is excellent. 1 star reduced only cause of reduced pressure and flow of water.

We bought this 6 months ago for the unique look, and also because we were used to the value of pull-down sprayers in US. It is clearly high quality metal. Water pressure in the spray mode is very high so we try and avoid that unless we have some tough stains to clean. One point to note is that the tap is meant for countertops that are at least 2.25ft deep, and there needs to be at least 6inches of clear space between the sink and the backsplash. If you don’t have 6inches of free space, the base just won’t sit. We had 2 countertops of 2ft and 2.25ft, and fell short of the install space in one. We did find a workaround by installing the tap on the side of the sink, rather than behind it. I suggest taking your interiors person to the showroom to inspect the piece before you order. As for value for money, it is indeed expensive, but you buy these once in 10 years, and they look so classy, so it’s worth it.

Updated review -------------------- Finally technicians visited the site & fixed the problem after a lot of investigation...post this, water flow is excellent but the tap base is slightly wobbly...upgraded to 3 stars hence -------------- After sales support is extremely pathetic...after complaining that water flow is very poor, a technician came 1 day without necessary tools & promised to come back next day....then on, he has been unresponsive to calls...escalating to company also did not help..would strong recommend NOT TO BUY KOHLER PRODUCTS
