Has anyone noticed weevil's in the seeds?

There were none in the package that I received from this seller although there can be weevils and/or mealy moths in any of the seed packages regardless of who sells them. I always put new packages in the freezer for day or so before opening them.

Does this have any warnings about shared lines/facilities or may contain traces of peanut?

I have discarded container and seed is in glass jar so I cannot answer your question. And frankly, do not understand why no Oil of Sunflower Seed (OOSS) is not included. It is the Cockatiel and most other bird's favorite food. I do not plan to order this again as my birds love OOSS which I add..

Can I feed to parakeets/budgies?

I am not sure if this would be suitable to the smaller birds. I would compare the seed content to that that is recommended to parakeets/budgies.

Can I give this food to my lovebirds?

I have found out certain birds need special ingredients in their daily diet to thrive. I have cockatiel birds and a canary. I have found they need different seeds and have ordered through this company the correct seeds to keep my birds healthy. Im sure this company carries the seeds for your love birds. Shar
