Can this be used on the face?

Yes. I have an 18 month old son and he uses this as a shampoo and face and body wash. Really good for sensitive skin.

Can this be used as emollient cream wash or just a moisturiser

No just an emollient cream. Aveeno do have a Skin Relief Body Wash though. Both have “triple Oat Complex” so are similar, but the body wash isn’t classed as being in their Dermexa range. It seems good to use for dry skin. I hope that helps
