Convenient to Adjust and Works Well!
Works well and is more convenient than the Icy Hot unit I have. This unit has a wired remote that you can adjust easily. The Icy Hot unit has the pads and the control unit integrated so you can't see how to adjust it if it's on your back or somewhere you can't see. I can't comment on how dependable this unit is because I've only had it for a couple weeks, but so far it's great!

Great product
This is the second one I owned and I loved my first model until years later it had a bad connection. I replaced it with the newer model which is in color and allows me to see the buttons more clearly then the prior all silver model.I use it on a regular basis for my back to avoid meds...

Great Product!
I injured my back carry a few heavy items upstairs. My doctor's solution was only pain killers and muscle relaxers, which offered no relief to my injury. The pain restricted my movements and made me miserable. A supervisor lend me his massager which I took reluctantly. By the end of the day, I was movable and feeling much better. I was so impressed that I purchased one for myself and the girlfriend (who suffers from chronic pain) .A far better solution than pain killers!

Powerful little devices. I bought this make and model after trying out the flagship version at a convention. It holds up well to the much more expensive version with the major difference being lack of message variety. Would recommend this one over the high end one simply due to price.

Very satisfied
Works very well love the different modes. Pic is with a pack of cigarettes for scale. It's very small but packs giant punch. Can't beat it for the price! Only thing I would change would be for it to be able to cycle through all the modes randomly, like some others do.

the product itself is great, as I also have one myself
This was a christmas gift for my mom. When we opened the box so I could show her how to use it, we found that the transformer was broken. Thankfully my husband came up with another way to plug it in and charge it. Don't get me wrong, the product itself is great, as I also have one myself. The low score is because of our disappointment alone.

What an awesome machine, priced great too!! I had one years ago that I purchased for $99 and this was more than half off & is better quality ! As an amazon seller myself I would try bundling this item with alcohol prep pads, it’s what I use to clean pads before use & also makes adhesive sticky again

REALLY SURPRISED
This little unit is awesome, I have arthritis in both shoulders. I wear it out on my walks, just slips into my pocket. Feels fantastic!!! Lots better than going to PT.
