Helps u get rid of the slouch, tighten it enough so it doesn't bother you if your standing straight yourself, can wear inside cloths, prefer to wear it on top of t-shirt so it doesn't start itching,  good stuff

No manual along with product.Received in just Transparent Polythene.Straps Uncomfortable, bite into skin & underarm.The padded parts fold and away fron between the skin when tightened.I needed a posture assist tool when on PC but required another person to assist.It is not even discreet to wear anywhere outside of home, under the shirt/t-shirt.When comparing for comfort, relief & support, my backpack is better.The scientific concept behind the product is sound but the design needs to be worked upon!There's a whole world of difference between an idea and implementing one.
