What does the package come with?

this Asin include a pair of sunglasses, a case , a pouch and a lens clean cloth. but the simple packaging Asin is a little cheaper. No case included for simple packaging.

Are the small metal studs on the temples and side the same gold color as the rims? Or are they silver when the rims are gold?

I got the brown colored glasses & the metal studs are gold. I assume if you get black glasses that the studs will be silver

Are these really dark lens? Where people can’t see your eyes?

I have very sensitive eyes in the Texas sun and have looked for 2 years for a good pair of dark sunglasses. These are it. I have ordered multiple pairs and they are all dark and really make a difference in driving and seeing outside. Can’t beat the price either!
