What to do if Motor stops before receptacle tank is full?

Batteries may be dead or Sensor is too low and is touching the liquid

When the pump is not being used for long periods of time, take the pump out of the tank, make sure no remaining fuel is in the hose, and wipe it down with a cloth before storing it. Make sure to take the batteries out as they may corrode overtime.

What to do when the adapter ring comes off when disassembling the pump?

If you lift the pump head forcefully instead of twisting the adapter, the adapter ring may come off. In this case, simply twist and remove the detached ring, then reinsert it into the adapter.

What to do if Pump performance is low?

1) Elevation of the receiving container / tank is higher than the pump (Try placing the pump higher than the receiving container / pump, let gravity do the work) 2) If batteries are too weak, please replace them with new ones

Convenience, ease of use

This pump is very convenient and safe for refueling our zero-turn mower. The 1st Gen pumps had insulated wiring in the hose that powered the pump at the end, but the insulation deteriorated leaving exposed wires and the pump stopped working. That pump only lasted a couple years. We decided to buy a new one which ended up being the 2nd Gen and it appears they have corrected this issue. I hope this 2nd Gen lasts longer than the first because it is a great product for refueling basically anything.

Love this pump!

Love, love, love this pump. I use it to fill the gas tank on my race car. The tubing is of better quality than that on my old pump and It has a shutoff feature so there is no overflow. Price was very competitive as well.

Good idea, cheaper ones available

The idea of this is awesome. It works great.. until it doesn't. Somehow they have it timed perfectly for the auto shut off feature to stop working at the one year mark when it is out of warranty. Don't spend the extra money, I bought one of the cheaper ones and it is still working after 1 year
