Browning Pet Vests, Hi Vis Safety Vests for Dogs, Saftey Orange/Black, Large, Full Coverage

Got this for my friend’s hunting dog, a GSP. Out of the bag it seems like good quality, no messed up stitches or anything. Fit on the dog is good. It’s comfortable enough that he can focus on his work, and still let’s him attend to nature’s call. Visibility is very good. Sheds light rain alright. It’ll be a few more years before I can say too much about durability. The dog gets excited when he sees it, so that’s high praise.

This is mostly a great option for dogs with heavier coats, that don't need the warmth. The downside is that my dog mats under the arms every time she wears this.

This is a safety vest and not an upland hunting vest. I purchased this vest for my lab to protect her when running through the brush pheasant and grouse hunting. After wearing it only a couple hours the bottom separated, frayed and the sticking is coming apart. We’ll be lucky to get another use out of it. Honestly I expected more from a Browning product.

Easy to see my dog in the field. Fits well, easy to adjust. Easy to put on and take off. PLUS: My dog looks super-cute wearing it. BUT.... the material is GARBAGE! This fell apart after my dog wore it for ONE DAY at a tower shoot. The "protective" black material came apart at the seems. When I spend my money on something, especially when it is from supposedly reputable company, I expect the product to be reasonably well made. We were not going through thirns or any sharp brush that would have done this. A cut corn field with a few intermittent ptches of cover. There is no valid reason why this shou;d fall apart the way it did. Already request a return.

Quality Product

This was nice, but after two times out in the field it started ripping around the legs. A medium for our Springer was a great fit. But that's not a reasonable price for something that rips easily. This year we are trying something that seems more durable. For all the running through things these dogs do, the seams are not made for them. But it did protect her chest, and that's the main reason we bought it.

Highly recommend for your 4 legged hunting buddy. It protects the belly and keeps him safe from other hunters.

Not impressed with this product. It’s falling apart and we haven’t even had it for a month. Our dog has worn it a handful of times and for the price of this product it should not be falling apart.
