Added this to my list of anti-inflammatory supplements after doing a bit of research. I found these to be high quality, higher dose omega 3 pills. The pills are the normal, large fish oil sized pills. They do have a slight odor and taste, but do go down easy. The fish burps do kick in after about an hour but I honestly don’t see how you can take fish oil and not have any sort of aftertaste. These are great for someone who is looking for heart health, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory supplements!

These are the best fish oil supplement I have found. Perfect strong dose, great value. I can really feel the difference when I’m taking these and when I am not. I order these all the time. Can’t live without!!!!

I've started taking fish oil supplements for health support, as I've been performing higher intensity and longer exercise sessions at the gym. Omega-3 Fatty acids have been shown to combat inflammation, promote healthier cardiovascular function, and aid in other vita metabolic processes. I've tried other brands of Omega-3 supplements in the past, but this one really is the best in terms of cost and quality!I generally take 3 capsules with a meal with some type of fat in it to support better digestion of the oils. It is vital that with this or any other product that you take it with a meal containing a fat to help better absorb it. The pills are not too large, and they offer a large amount of DHA and EPA, so people who do intensive workout training can reach daily levels of Omega-3 supplementation. If you aren't an athlete, and just looking for general supplementation, you can definitely take less than the recommended amount, which will make the product last much longer!The capsules have no fishy or oily smell. The capsules come very well packaged in a sealed bottle. One issue I have found with this Omega-3 supplement, as well as with every other I've tried, is that it does cause Fishy tasting burps. I've found that freezing the capsules and taking them right out of the freezer helps prevent this side effect from happening.Over all i'd highly recommend this product as an Omega-3 supplementation for athletes, and for your general health.

I needed this high of a dose for brain health, as I've had brain injury. This was the only one I found that was a reputable brand, the right dose, and affordable. It's the most affordable supplement I use, in fact. Tasteless, no fishy burps or anything. Easy on the stomach. If you're getting into supplements, download the app SuppCo! It will plainly rate things based on MANY factors. This was on the only brand that wasn't a billion dollars and still provides me with the dose I need. I have no comment on true efficacy though, I've only been taking a few weeks. So far, so good though!

Love Nutricost. I have been taking supplements for years. I like a quality product but live on a budget. This Omega 3 has the correct amount of DHA. I don’t burp fish oil smell. The price is good compared to other brands. Highly recommend.
